Winner is Winning Poem

Welcome to the Ten Word Challenge! Please read carefully: This week we will try word phrases again. There are ten fairly common phrases listed below. Simply use five of them in a ten line poem. Now, we have ten lines of poetry using five of the word phrases. Hold on.... yes…there is more…there must be ten words in each of the ten lines of your poem. So…we have ten phrases..you must choose at least five of those phrases to be used in a ten line poem, with each line containing ten words. The word phrases: All agog - Bury the hatchet – Crocodile Tears – Even Steven – Helter Skelter – knick-knack – Lion’s Share – Mad Money – Wax Poetic – Vicious circle The challenge will close February 20th, or after 25 poems posted Ten word is a site wide challenge...therefore all poems entered must be open for all to view in order to have a fair vote. Any Poem that does not meet the criteria given for this challenge will be removed from the thread prior to voting.
