PLEASE READ NEW RULE ABOUT BACKGROUND COLORS ALLOWED!!!
In this challenge we are going to ask that you delve into your wealth of talent and compose for us your best poetry describing a place you have been, or an image in your mind. We are looking for WORD PAINTINGS!
"The catch…you MAY NOT use a graphic (photo or artwork or Starlite provided floaties) or graphic background (none of the offered graphic backgrounds on Starlite are allowed)... you must go to the drop down menu above the offered backgrounds and choose a SOLID color). Your poem must be posted on an ENTIRELY SOLID COLORED PAGE BUT ONLY ONE COLOR IS ALLOWED (DO NOT USE A DIFFERENT COLOR BEHIND THE TEXT) with contrasting lettering (this includes poem and its title) In other words, if you use a lighter color for your background, your font must be dark!! If it's a darker background, the font must be light! IT MUST STAND OUT AGAINST THE COLOR YOU HAVE CHOSEN FOR YOUR BACKGROUND!. NO FONT GENERATED ARTWORK OR SHAPE POETRY IS ALLOWED AS WELL. Music IS allowed in this challenge.
This SHOULD be a TOTAL word picture you have painted for us, one that evokes an image for your reader.
