I composed my first poem at age 3, my brother, older than I by 5 years and 1 day, had me recite it for everyone who stopped in to visit. I really felt "special." From around age 13 until in my early 20s, I wrote on an almost daily basis until, it seems, the "Roads of Life and Time" began to pass so quickly that for many years, the inkwell remained dry.
