Who is Moonlightflower?
I've been writing since early childhood; but, grandma Moses that I am, only in the past several years have I become really serious about my work. In 1996, I won the overall win for poetry and prose and first place for Haiku for Composers, Authors, and Artists of America, the Fort Worth, TX chapter. I walked away with 7 of the 11 awards and then the overall win for the two categories. I also came in second for photography with the Mazatlan sunset picture which is in my personal website, not to be mistaken for the Honolulu sunset in this site. What a boost that was to my self-esteem! WOW! CAAA is a professional organization and they had me listed as an artist because of my clowning, sewing,
