Present, past and future
what do they really mean?
lost and long forgotten
is the inner...

The present holds no promise
past reflects more pain
looking beyond tomorrow
plays it's sad...

Darkened skies bring sorrow
cloudy days more tears
weary, getting weaker
within four walls...
of fear
One day to next, I stumble
each step, a dreaded task
o're and again, pretending
this pain will soon...
surpass
Up and down, like a carousel
'n fading like winter's snow
losing myself, my focus
ready to quit...
let go
Vision blurred and cloudy
can't see beyond today
hopes for better morrow's
dismissed and tossed...

breath in and out, then in again
reach for light...

Looking beyond tomorrow
uncertain in my eyes
today still trudging forward

just never seemed enough
all is lost, soul weeping
strangling in...

Where went the silver linings?
promises, hopes 'n dreams
what happened to sweet romance?
now tattered at the...

Unfolding inner feelings
just hoping for release
Praying for some answers
to find an inner...
peace
Words that cut so deeply
followed with a hush
reddened eyes, my heartache
yet, you were out of...
touch
Loved you more, then life itself
your heart I couldn't reach
now feel numb, abandoned
treading waters...
deep
Please don't try to follow
erase us from your mind
unlock your grip, release me
from the chains...
that bind
The love we had, now poisoned
stings like venomous bite
conflicts, pain, denial
within anger, lost all...
sight
There are no hidden rainbows
'nor songs within my heart
'cept for lonely serenades
when sun fades behind the...
clouds
Loves lost, loves gained
with sweet inquire
none of it now matters

To face the final curtain
