Glimmer Of Hope And Many Thank You's
I walked in that hospital room and you had a big smile on your face,
I could not believe my eyes on what next then took place.
You were sitting up and were feeding yourself,when before you could not.
I looked at you in amazement,your will has come back,ty you god I thought.
Tears filled my eyes but this time they were joyous and sweet,
I can't believe this is happening as I'm shaky on my feet.
This is a small step, but it's in the right direction,
With plenty of faith,love,hope,and affection.
Dr's are baffled when basically they said there's no hope,
I'm not ready to lose my mom yet that was hard to cope.
Some where she dug deep inside to fight once again,
I hope one day I can be the perfect role model,as she has a will to win.
Mom I'm so proud of you more then words could ever say,
You gave the best gift I could have ever received today.
I feel as I have hit the lottery and life was given back to you,
I never gave up on you I made a promise to be by you in anything you go through.
There's only one word that can explain what has happened and miracle is it,
The lord was smiling down on you as he saw you needing him this minute.
My starlite friends and family I can't ever thank you enough,
With out all your prayers and emails this would have been more tough.
When the prayer warriors start their praying miracles can be achieved,
I'm watching a miracle unfold right before my eyes,this I do believe.
Mama Mary(Just-Little-Me)your prayer poems I will keep in my heart,
And all the prayers that went up right from the very start.
Ingrid(LoveAngelique)your poem I will cherish always and forever,
And all the nights I was in tears you seem to make it better.
All of you reached out when i needed it the most of all,
When life was getting hard to cope with and started to fall.
Angels,pure blessed angels came in from all of the world,
Ty my many angels for helping me get over my hurls.
Dedication to my mother and my many,many angels at starlite.
