I DIED FOR 4 OR 5 MINUTES
About ten years ago I had open heart surgery.
They put in a metal valve to help my heart.
While they have to cut your heart open for this.
I had to be hooked up to machinery to live.
I died for four or five minutes while they did the transfer.
I didn't see any bright light or a tunnel while in this state.
What did happen was weird though and stays with me.
Everything from time woke from surgery and for three days,
Was like it already happened, conversations and actions.
I was a little confused by it and they said many say same thing.
I also could not sleep for about two weeks they had me on pills.
I came out with a strong sense to get on with life and live.
Felt so lucky to be alive and thanked the Lord for the doctors.
