The Heart That Beats Within
The heart that beats within,
as courage as a lion,
as meek as a dove,
with never ending love,
even though it's been broken,
many years ago and many times,
the heart that beats within,
keeps on beating.
Many times it's been stepped on and crushed,
God put it back together,
a few cracks yet to remain.
