DAYS SPENT WITH THE BEAUTY OF YOU
As we stand here on the sea shore alone,
For a few days, we are together and on our own.
We left the kids at the baby sitter`s house.
For a few days,
we can enjoy being each other`s spouse.
As we stand here gazing at the beautiful sunrise,
We`re in awe of where this beauty lies.
God stretched the clouds all over the skies.
Then, He painted them for our eyes.
After we have watched this beautiful sunrise.
We are alone as I`m lost in your eyes.
You are more beautiful than that sunrise.
These days spent with the beauty of you,
I feel so refreshed, and loving too.
Time away from work and kids demanding attention,
For a few days, we have love`s undivided attention.
Let us enjoy this time alone together while we can.
You are my lady, I am your man.
