and through each pain and sorrow
my heart sang a grateful song
for all the problems i faced
were the things that made me strong
.....i want tomorrow

whenever sleep evades me
but stars are shining bright
i take time to listen
to the music of the night
......i want tomorrow

in the stillness of the night
your voice is crystal clear
words come into my mind
as i sense you drawing near
...........i want tomorrow

our love will live on forever
in every word i write
for our minds become as one
when we sang our last song
......i want tomorrow
