Rainspirit
I sat enjoying the soothing rainfall
Rain cleared my mind of confusion
Giving me strength to stand tall
Making my words real not illusion
Rain pulled each drop together
A beautiful gentle flow created
Pushing away discontent in the weather
Bringing thoughts so warm hearted
Rain spreading warm thoughts of caring
Helping the flow to stay calm
Each drop continue it's sharing
Challenges would never overwhelm
As I sit among the Starlite
Knowing the Rain has halted
Ache pushes it's way into light
Yet Rain Spirit thoughts are remembered
Our dear Renee will be missed
She has earned her gold pen
Now joining her poets that have passed
In my heart your spirit will stay within
Written with memories of our dear Renee
She will be missed
