Where there were two
now there is one
what they thought was forever
has come undone
Gone are you
without a word of good-bye
but in my heart
I knew the why
For you were of the earth
and I of the sky
so different, yet the same

From this bond we once shared
we shall never, be free
all things,once so right
now have gone wrong
I know not now
where I belong
My will to go on
ebbs each day
for you have left me a sadness

lie now at my feet
fading pictures
of a love, once so sweet
Within my mind
there is no place to hide
from the sorrow and tears
of a love, that has died
