Hi, It's Me...
I'd like to introduce myself,
My name is Sandy lee...
I came here to starlite,
to share my poetry.
I'm long past teeny bopper,
Not quiet to almost dead-
I enjoy seeing what you write;
I enjoy being read!
My writing simply started
It never was my plan
And how and where it comes from
I may never understand.
I don't think I'm so different
From anybody here...
I write of things I know,
Things I question or I fear.
My faith is my forte
It often comes to bear
In daily life, in hopes I have-
In poetry I share.
My daughter is all grown,
My grand kids nearly there
I guess that could account for
The gray that's in my hair.
I live in a tin can,
That someone put on wheels
At least after a long day
Sometimes, that's how it feels
But living in a motor home
And going here or there...
Gives me food for thought
and new things I can share.
So now and then please stop by
