Water Lily

When we met,
My heart was entranced,
Like a child
Revolving in the playground
Flashes...
Of wading white lilies,
'Queen of the water,'
Yet, you derived from the stars...
Like an irreplaceable patchwork fantasy
Who seeks the warrior in the moon?
Yet only to remain an exhumed legend,
Until the next delusion inducing phase
Amongst the tallest Jacaranda trees,
Only to bare my emanating petals
During the abundance of the conceptual horizon.
